Today we lard hyperthermia and  hypothermia it was so fun. Hypothermia is when you are very cold and shier and Hyperthermia is when you are very hot sweating We put bandages on each other. We talked about what you need to bring camping and what happens if someone has an accident.

I went swimming  first I did free style  I bid  2 laps. I raced Lincoln and Deegan and I got 3  then I went to eat .Next I did back stroke  I raced  Haki, Shae, and Jasper. I came 2 and then I got dressed and then we went back to School.
