helicopter

 Today we made a helicopter out of paper.  I like my helicopter, it spun sometimes. It was fun making it spin. This was  was part of our reading task. You need paper and a paper clip. I used a strip of paper and folded it in half then I  folded the tops back like an arrow. Next I put a papeclip on the bottom.  WE had fun standing on chairs to drop them and watch them spin.   This was lots of fun.

 

In the holidays I went to Akaroa  to see are grandads lighthouse . Our cousins were there, we played Go Home, Stay Home. Then we  went to get lunch and then we went to the lighthouse . The next day we went shopping and then we went home.

 Mrs Minehan came to class today and showed us how to play the Barrier Game. This was in cybersmart We had a partner and mine was Conner. I had to listen to what Connor was telling me and I had to try and get the pictures in the right place.Then it was my turn to tell Connor. It reminded me of the game Battleships. El Gregoe comes to Kaniere School

 Today we went to see El Gregoe. He put on a show for us. He's a magician. He showed us his  birds . He had six birds all together, and two were  macaw's. These are  my favourite birds.

enviro-school

We did  enviro-school when we pulled the weeds out  so we can plant so plants like flowers and vegetables. When we are done we put the weeds in the compost. 

 

The Bubble

 We made an animation about bubbles with partners  from Ruma Kotuku and mine was Aahil. Aahil was travelling on a bubble and he went into the sky.

I made my pepeha. It has my name were I came from and were I live now . picture off them and a picture of me all it one slide. I did it so people will know who I am.
